No take it off. You ask.

I think you should take off that front plate bracket if you're not going to mount the front plate, it's a terrible look. And the stripes could stay through the weekend since it looks like you already spent a amount of time on it. It should be gone by Monday before many more people see it :twocents:...and don't forget spacers and moar low! But I think you already knew that

So much hate.. smh...

Only missing the plate because it's not in yet.. ND requires a front plate brah..

I sorta like it. Not my personal taste. I think on a more modified car it would fit in better. Kinda bold for a stock car though.

As others have mentioned it's your ride. Don't worry about what a bunch of us think. Only the first guy to do something is original; the rest are just copycats.

Did u know they actually added the red stripes on set because all black didn't "pop" enough after the first few scenes were filmed.

Well man, if you gotta do stripes of any kind, that's the slickest way of doing them I've seen yet. I'd be curious to see what it looked like if they were matte black or a metallic gunmetal. Something a little more subtle in that pattern could be really neat.

If those hood stripes (minus the horizontal part) were areas of bare aluminum and then you clear-coated that over top of the entire hood, I think it would look pretty awesome. Of course you'll need to strip and respray for that effect. I've been considering something similar for about a year. These cars don't do traditional stripes well... or hood pins, louvers, or other classic muscle car things for that matter. But if done properly, an accented Z will be a thing to behold.

I'm not a fan of it as-is, but props for making the effort. Remember that most of the jokers on this forum bashing you never tried to make anything original in their lives. They buy a bunch of bolt-on parts and a body kit from Amuse, have someone else paint it, and then call it "custom." IMO "custom" isn't something you can buy online.

Well whether I like them or not is not important. I think from the close up interior pics that your work is clean and nicely done. If you need to ask because you're not sure then maybe consider some of the suggestions and change it a bit. Maybe wait a bit to see if it grows on you. Good effort.

:iagree: I agree with the Canadian.

Normally I'm a prick but I'm in a good mood today. It's your ride so **** what we think but I think you can do better. It's your first attempt and you are on the right track to personalize and make it your own. Have a beer or hit the rock, step back and really look at how you want to express yourself on your ride.

I love it
