Yes, I was skeptical too but hey for a buck..Says shiny but its not..2 coats and its looking like a new tire.
Made in USA.
Got it at the Dollar Tree.

Be careful of silicone based tire dressings. They stain your tires, giving them that brownish color. That is all.

ingredients says petroleum distillates, not sure if silicone is a PD or not, says nothing about silicone...tires looking good after 3 weeks.
