Clutch & Flywheel suggestion

Hi guys

I guess many people have asked this question before, but I will ask it again.

I need to install a clutch and a flywheel for my 09 370z.

What is the best clutch and flywheel that you prefer me to go with?
I'm planning to finish the full bolts on this summer in the car.

What are your suggestions? and if you can explain I will be thankful.

I have an OEM clutch/pressure plate and a SouthBend 19lb flywheel. No complaints. Car revs a little faster but is quite driveable.
