No no, sorry, I said that completely wrong. The reason is that I'm at school and don't have my tools to get the bar off right now. It's coming off, just, ya know, not this weekend haha. I'll keep you guys updated. Hopefully I can have it off and measured within a few weeks, but we'll see. :P Sorry for that haha

I really want to see you pull this off as I'm all about good DIY mods. I'd be more interested if you were planning a good titanium splitter or something, though... the stock brace is actually pretty nice (just my opinion).
