LOL...perhaps this is one of the many reasons he "used to be a car salesman," on top of grossly inflating estimates on a car's value.

It's laughable how he believes this NISMO is worth $36K. Of course, anything is only worth as much as someone will pay for it, but anyone kicking the tire of this NISMO at $36K could go home, scrounge up some change from their couch, and buy a brand new one for almost the same price.

A 30-second search on Craigslist finds an '09 NISMO with only 100 miles at a local dealership listed at the same price: $35,900. Mind you, this is in the Bay Area of CA, and one of the more affluent parts to boot...not Georgia. That car has been listed for several months now. I bet I can go over there, offer them $34K flat, and drive the car home. I'm almost positive this car has never been titled, either.

Yes. What happens is that despite the Nismo with 1 mile on the odometer (BTW, this is unrealistic), the dealer buys it back for maybe 85 cents on the dollar. Remember, you're the one who got in over your head and bought something you couldn't afford. When a roach customer (a person with borderline credit) steps into Nissan dealer x,y,z...he/she salivates at 2010 Nismo. But bank denies credit to this person on $40K car. But the TECHNICALITY lies in the fact that the Nismo you "pawned" over to Nissan store X,Y,Z has some room for profit, the bank sees it as a "used" car despite it "having 1 mile" like you described, and there is a chance roach customer can acquire it as a "used" car and make some money off tier 2,3 credit.

Ask Fusz or "meet joe Asian" if what I'm saying makes sense.

Mr. JoeD, please stop talking out your a$$. I live in Los Angeles, CA in Palos Verdes Peninsula where small 1,600 sq. foot homes cost $1 million USD + on TINY 5,000 sq. foot plots of land. You don't have to  up at me because you're not some prima donna here buddy. I know and experience affluence. I don't live in Georgia, it pays to be educated, by at least skimming through what others have on their conspicuous profile before you let your ignorance, euphemistically--stupidity--manifest itself.

Anyhows, like the cliche goes: if you have to ask how much, then you can't afford it.

Edeezee will give you $25K for it...Not to worry!....

My name is modshack, I love playing devil's advocate. I'm uptight and take myself way too seriously. I feel empowered whenever I tell people on the370z.com "look at my 'do it yourself' section" because I like belittling others and get a kick out of feeling like I know something esoteric.

I have personal vendettas against certain members like edeeezee because they upstage me, and I always want the spotlight on me. I tried to make edeezee look stupid several months ago when he created a thread on "Nismo 370, finally out." But when I foolishly realized that he was correct, I abruptly deleted my post because I didn't want others to see my vindictive and bitter attitude.

A thief is a thief.

You're a moron if you actually believe what you wrote. Feeling persecuted there eh? I have nothing against you...I call em as I see em. Based on all the warm and fuzzies you get from many members here, I'd venture to say the problem is YOU not me..

Good for you, bud. However...you fail, since I made no reference to where you live. I mentioned Georgia as that's where the car in the OP's link was located.
