I saw a gun metallic Z in the diatance. I then got overly excited and sped up to show some love. As soon as I made eye contact with the driver, who was about 70+ years old, she gave me the death stare. Then floored it...leaving me in the dust. I don't know what to think...

My grandmother was like that, where ever she was going, she was going fast. When I got older I asked her about it, and she said if she gets pulled over she tells the cop that one of her grandkids was seriously hurt and to mail her the ticket. Never did get one either... damned old people privilege. We're not talking about 70 in a 50 either, she loved driving at 100+ on the highways/freeways. Her first car was a 64 1/2 mustang, so she loved muscle cars her whole life.

Sounds like Grandma lives her life a quarter mile at a time.

Methinks what you're not telling us is that she flexed a bicep mid death-stare, hit the NOS, and you went home without Monica.
