Another CSC question

I have about 80,000 KM on my 2009. I was accelerating fast yesterday while shirting into 2nd and my clutch stuck in. It only happened once and I drove it for another 10 KM without issue. Looks like I'm running into the dreaded CSC issue for sure, though.

I'm wondering, how long do I have before complete failure, and should I replace the CSC or get the elimination kit? What's the difference?

Thanks

did you clutch pedal stay depressed and not come up or did it have a delay coming back up?

probably better just to get it replaced.

difference is on one hand you're fixing the bad one, and on the other hand, you're replacing the bad one.

same questions same answers.

check fluid level
replace fluid

then decide to replace both master and slave cylinders or not.
buy the parts keep it nearby, or just take it in.

Delayed. Like, it stayed down for a sec and then came back up. I think I let off the throttle a little.

Will check the fluid levels. It'll be at Nissan on Tuesday because they're checking a sensor malfunction that I'm pretty sure they triggered, so I'll mention it to them. I'm sure they'll tell me they can replace it and half the transmission for some crazy price, but at least I'll ask them what they think.

Thanks.

delayed. okay, so when this happened:

1. was the car cold? and if so, did the delay go away after car warmed up?

or

2. was the car already warmed up?

and btw, you still haven't checked the fluid levels since the time you made this thread and until now?....
