It happened to me not too long ago also. The lights would go one for a few seconds when accelerating moderately. The fluid was only a few mm low, but with the sloshing of the fluid under acceleration casued the sensor to read it as low for those few seconds. If the fluid get too low, the lights will come on and stay on. I topped it off and all has been good.
