I just use the cheapest Top Tier Premium gas in my area, which is usually Valero.

JC-Nismo 06-01-2015 02:26 AM

Quik Trip is the cheapest top tier so it's always that or Racetrack, but it's all overpriced so fuk em all !!!

Shell and only Shell. Been using for many years in all my cars and have had no problems.

Have never seen multiple hoses on a pump.
And I always wondered how much gas it would take till Premium started siphoning out.

Top Tier Premium gas when I can from Costco. if not then bjs (cheapest around). once in a while Sunoco when I get cash off gas saved up from local grocery store price choppers. last week I had $1.50 off a gallon, but of course they jack up the price a good 30 cents a gallon over other area stations.

Shell exclusively for me unless necessity requires otherwise.

Raeshlavik 03-10-2017 01:39 PM

Shell for me as well... Though it helps that the only gas station within 4-5 miles of the house is a Shell. :)

Rhetorical question? I only buy 93 when 91 isn't available.

As the e/free93 stations thin down; this one gets theirs delivered from Tennessee.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...33256ddbe9.jpg
About a buck more per gallon/ but responds best with it.

22mpg (combined spirited/cruising) about 2mpg less w/huge wheels & tires.

Very lucky

I am very lucky to have a local station that sells 100 % ethanol free High test......(93) but I do pay dearly for it.......now $3.05/gal.....that is all I have used in all my cars for 20yrs......

Exxon - Tiger in your tank

Fuzzzy 03-10-2017 07:25 PM

My nearest Shell dealer. Most (all?) of the others around here are 91.

It is pricier than other brands, but I spend far more on beer "upgrades" than gasoline "upgrades."

Shell 93 Vpower.

I use Mobil. It's on my way to work. Usually costs about $43 a fill. My Z sees redline multiple times daily. I average 210-220 miles a tank.

I get the best mileage from mobil. If you are ever down in key west ,fill up at the southern most circle K mobil station. A fellow Z owner keeps that station stocked . Me :) I deliver there at least 2x a week.
