Hiya,

Question for you guys and gals... For those of you that have done the fog light mod with the JDM stalks pictured here:

Wanted to get some feed back on a couple of things:

1. After receiving the part it seems as if the control for the fog light is a toggle switch similar to that of a motorcycle throttle... Question is once you turn the toggle does the light just stay on? If so do you just rotate again to turn off?

2. With this part really intended for a RHD Z did anyone have any qualms about having the switches reversed? Meaning now with this part lights/turns are on the right and wipers are on the left... Or do you just get use to it

Thanks in advance for the responses. :tiphat:

I'm not aware of anyone that has actually done this project, yet. You might be the first. DE says it's easy.

1. I'll be interested to hear the answer. My guess is it is ON/OFF. Doesn't make much sense to have to hold it ON it while your driving through fog.

2. I can imagine it would be a pain at first, but I think I'd get used to it eventually. I would be practicing in a parking lot first, though.

That's what I'm saying... If it doesn't stay on after engaging it what's the point. Here's me driving and check me out as I'm holding my switch to the on position woohoo isn't my fog light rad?!?

We'll see

Sometimes I wonder what I was smoking when I typed stuff...

Anyways... OP, yes, it's just a simple on/off.
And yes, you just get used to it being reversed.

Yep. It's just an on/off. In Japan it's a fog light, so you only turn it on when it's foggy. In America, I wouldn't leave it on too long unless you replace the bulb with a LED (the OEM bulb gets really hot, not sure I want to run it for hours)
