Lol, is this for real? Why even bother with starting this silly thread.

16 is too young to drive, let alone in a sports car. Nothing against you personally, but kids that your age are terrible drivers and make even more terrible decisions. You remind me of this kid on Long Island. His name Joseph Beer and his parents got him a shiny WRX once. I wasn't going to comment, but you're obviously trolling a bit. Just hope you make an effort to drive responsibly. For your sake and those around you.

I remember this story, it was sad.

when I was 17 i bought my first z, a red 350z hr ( only recently got rid of it). Saved up enough for a down payment, got straight A's, and all that jazz. Spent the first day doing burn outs and hauling *** up and down the parkway until ( fortunately) my dad busted me on his way home before the PD did, but they did show up at the house ready to drop the hammer on my ***.

I drove a shitbox old school camry ( miss it lol ) for a year after that while my z stayed in the garage and I learned to respect it. For that entire year i drove the z only on a few weekends,my bday to prom and to graduation.

Respect your car before you get your *** in trouble, good kid or not, we don't know everything at a young age. Had a lot of friends wrap themselves around trees learning the hard way.

Never heard that story - just googled and it's very sad.

Still dont know who this Bad Boy guy is lol, and I just plan on cruising around, drift in parking lots, mod it, but not too heavily. Honestly, all i'm looking to invest in for now is a new exhaust and i'll be getting it shortly. I don't plan on doing anything serious with it such as racing on the tracks. Maybe that time will come, but for now, will just do a few street races here and there and enjoy the amazing z. And my bad for telling u to calm down, you seemed pretty heated, but u do leave a valid argument haha:icon17:

If you want to learn about the limits of your car you should check this out ...

Street Survival

This school is designed for younger drivers who want to understand the limits of their car in wet and dry conditions. It is well worth it. Sponsored by TireRack, SCCA, Porsche Club, and BMW CCA, these guys will send you through the ringer on wet/dry skid pad, autocross, slalom, lane change, and maximum braking tests in various conditions. It is an all day event with equal parts classroom and driving your own car. I wanted to do it but they only permit entry to 15 to 21 year old drivers with learners permit or drivers license.

It is the best $75.00 you or your parents will ever spend. And you get to drive your car, to the limits and beyond, all while an experienced performance driving instructor is with you. How much more fun could you have.

Look up HPDE events in your area. I'm sure there are plenty you can find.
