I'm not aware of any CSC changes though. Considering launch control was re-introduced to the GT-R in 2012 with the limitation that it overheats the transmission after about 2 launches, I have to imagine Nissan thinks a lot of overheating issues are best solved aftermarket or simply ignored by putting the car into limp mode? :ugh2: That was basically the same problem it had when they decided to take it off the car in 2010, but then they re-introduced it without actually changing anything but their policy on the issue :icon17: |

I got the tech package because I can't stand how cheap the cubby and base stereo looks. Something that belongs in a Versa. I don't really care about heated seats because I don't drive the Z in the winter. I use it maybe 3 times a year. Also don't care about power seats because I'm the only one that drives it. I'd gladly give up both for the '15 recaro seats. If the current Nismo tech was available when I bought my Z, that's what I'd be driving today.

I understand some of you think the car is pricey but... The argument for this type of car is kinda dumb. No heated seats or sunroof... Really? No power in the Nismo, really? Lol. Get a 2 series. Q60 or Gencoupe.
This car is way too pricey and it's so long in the tooth, there should be like $3,500 cash back on sport and touring models and $5,000 cashback on Nismo. But the Z is sports, not luxury. Hopefully the Z35 will be a benchmark. |
