Please Help Me With Evo R
I orderd a 3 piece lip about ATLEAST 6 weeks ago, not only can i not get ahold of the owner i feel like this is way to long, and there has been no communication at all, i know evo-r had problems in the past, down anyone know how to get ahold of him on here? please help me with my parts or my return thank you!!

This is par for the course unfortunately. I am not sure of the best way. I usually get ahold of them at some point through PM. Maybe email or call them and leave voicemails until they get back to you.
In the future I would advise you to order their parts through TheZStore.com. That way they are the middle men and can refund you if it takes an excessive amount of time if it is not in stock. Good luck :tup: |

Try to pm Trips or AK to assist you with your problem. Normally the owner (EvoR) responds to moderators once they message him for a certain problem.

yah my buddy gave me their fang cover long time ago. i had to cut the bottom part to fit over the deflector which was fine, but the horizontal fitment was absolutely crap. gouged the bumper.

LOL i am not from US but i think this applies,
On two different occassions, The second one being 2 weeks ago, I placed a order for a simple Rear fog lamp. As per their 'procedure' they are supposed to get back to me VIA email for shipping quote since its international. The first inquiry never got answered, Now i am waiting for the second one, Dont really care, But they are quite splendid at their business. |
I think it's been said before, but if you want EVOR stuff and you want to actually get it order from theZstore. They keep a stock on hand and will tell you if they do not have an item.

IMO if a business do not know the meaning of customer service they have no reason to do business at all. I thought this things don't happen in the US. As customer protection laws are in place. I guess I have watched too much Hollywood movies.:tup: |

Back to back issues with small parts mfrs. This and the nervous guy post because of his Shine parts. How people continue to support bad mfrs I don't understand. Lots of info in the forums yet they take the risks.
OP glad you got your refund. Trips - seems to be more and more involved with disputes. He sure seem like he does not mind doing it but that should not be his job in this forum. We ruv you Trips. |

Like you guys know as I have said it many times I have NO affiliation with any vendor here as I pay for what little parts I have just like everyone else So Im here to HELP as well as run this community as trouble free as possible. :ugh2: I do step in to HELP whenever Im made aware of or see issue between our members and a "active vendor" or private sale. I can't guarantee anything since it's a private transaction, But I try to do what I can in AK's occasional absence. :rolleyes: As buyers we need to do our homework and ask questions. I know some of these vendors are not perfect to say the least But as a whole You hardly hear about the good transactions. I totally understand the frustration on waiting on something for so long only for it to be having cosmetic issue or damaged and having to wait for a replacement or refund. Anyway I'll consider the matter closed as soon as D3santis comments. |
Jay did send me a refund. i appreciate it honestly, the only suggestion i could recommend is don't sell parts that aren't in stock yet, or write a declaimer on your website, either way thank you Jay
