Two months is a long time to not do it yourself or have a staff who can accomplish it and not really acceptable, but I digress...I just want to square away the transaction and reserve judgement till everything is resolved. Like I said from the start I have only heard good things about Ken and Shines products. He was always professional when we spoke.
