how many Nismo logos?
 

So I just wrote in the "what do you hate about your Nismo" thread that I disliked all the Nismo logos/emblems on our cars. I felt it was a little over done and tacky.

It got me wondering though.... just how many times does it say "Nismo" on our Z's. Whether its decal/sticker/engraved, ect. The exact number and on what. Anybody want to get count and what components they are on? My Z is currently unavailable otherwise I would do it myself.

And in your opinion, is it over done, just right, or not enough?

to me the emblems look fine. :D

i mean hell, you paid extra for the bits, you should show it off.

Thinking about removing everything but the O. So when I pass soneone, they'll point and say ooooooo!

well, add 10 more logos on mine. (2) NISMO decals on each rim, and (1) on each side of the Charcoal WIng, to lighten and give a lil contrast. I get looks and comments daily on my rims and car.

I put a NISMO license plate frame on mine. :ugh2:

1 on the front strut bar under the hood, 2 on the floor mats, 2 on the seats, 1 on the badge the center console, 4 on the wheels, 2 on the stock nismo exhaust tips, and 1 badge on the rear, and 1 on the gauge cluster. So In total, there are 14 from the factory. Dam that is alot lol

1 on each body damper. You can see the one through the fascia opening.

I was just about to edit and add those 2 haha so in total there are 16. I never even realized there was that many until now.

Don't know and don't care. They don't bother me a bit. However, the dealer logo didn't last a day. LOL

MJB, I followed you and de-badged mine. Looks clean now. :)

This is probably being nit picky but doesn't the struts or springs say Nismo on them? Lol...

Ok so its upwards of 16 times, lol. And if someone is still unsure if its a Nismo, there are Nismo license plate frames available.....

If someone takes a look at your car and then sits in it, and asks "is it a nismo? ", :gtfo2: haha

i dont believe the struts/springs have nismo written anywhere on them. just tokico on the struts

the yamaha tuned front and rear dampers say nismo too.

that's nothing, there are (were) 20 M logo's on my M235i, and its not even a real M car.

4 on the wheels (gone now)
4 on the brakes (gone now)
1 on each side
1 on the rear
1 on the steering wheel.

So I posted this yesterday and then the craziest thing happened this morning. I was on my way home from work and had a conversation with a guy. He was complementing my Z and I was complimenting his Camaro. We talked for about 15 minutes and he started to look at the car and then asked to look inside. After a couple minutes he turns to me and asks " is this a nismo?" (face palm) are you serious? Lol just got in and left

I got 2 extras. The license plate frame. And my license plate read reads "N1SM0". But lost the wheels. :D

There are so many of them on the car that I've been stopped and asked if the actual car manufacturer was Nismo and if that was some Italian company. There's basically 2 Nissan badges on the entire car (in exactly the places that any normal person would look), the rest are Z emblems and Nismo branding.
