Larry (moweraxle.com) and I are currently working on the mount for the 2015 Nismo 370Z. We originally tried the one for the 2013 but it was too long. Larry has been helpful from the pre purchase to the post purchase. Once the item is complete I will be uploading some pictures.

You can have Larry at moweraxle.com make you a custom plate holder like mine. I had him make the shaft longer so the plate is tucked under the nose of the car. He can make the shaft any length you want. Give him your measuments and he will make it for you.

Contact Larry at moweraxle.com
He has now added the 2015 Nismo Mount to the website.

Thanks, I had Larry shorten the typical nismo shaft so it doesn't stick out past the bumper.

Selling a Used Plate for 2009-2014 370Z NISMO

:hello: Anyone interested in my used Front Plate holder for 370Z Nismo 2009-2014 let me know. I had it for about a year then moved to Florida and no longer need that front plate, good condition.

Hi everyone, just installed the '15 nismo kit I ordered from Larry at moweraxle.com for a '16 nismo. Fits perfectly. Super easy & quick install, highly recommended

Just got mine as well. Purchased the one for the newer nismo, bc I wanted a more flush look. Fits my 09 great and all the pieces are of amazing quality. Extremely fast shipping too!

This is the 2015/16 Nismo mounted on a 2009-14. Has a much cleaner look in my opinion :)

Looks nice. Does it rub against the bumper at all?

Not at all. It clears. The bottom row of mounting holes is useless though. Not a huge deal to me personally. I'd rather have it in the grill area than above and covering the bumper.

Do anyone else make these plate relocators for the 16 Nismo besides moweraxle.com?

OptionZero 02-15-2016 02:23 PM

Hate to do this cross threads, but no.

Mower's the only one with the correct length. P-Tuning is either too long (old Nismo) or too short (regular model).

Stillen is only the base model i think, certainly not for 15-16

GordoNx3o9 02-15-2016 02:27 PM

Thank you!

Will this not stop Air flow coming into Intake or Rad?

This is how I mounted my front plate on my 14 Nismo grill without punching holes in the bumper. Not the best idea, but not the worst either, and it's cheap, effective, and sturdy, and will prevent you from getting an expensive ticket for no front plate. The plate bracket does not touch the grill because of the foam pipe insulation. White zip-ties used to show contrast in the photos. Easily removed and re-attached later if you enter your car in a car show and want the plate and bracket removed before your car is judged. Saw this idea on U-Tube where a guy mounted a front plate on his VW grill using zip-ties. Hope this helps.
