Spare
 

So, a friend and I took the spare out yesterday... and it was a gloss black Enkei wheel. Is this normal? I found it very odd that the spare would be an attractive wheel from another third-party manufacturer than Rays.

doesn't sound right I remember the sales person told me And showed me the spare and it's was a full size wheel like the ones that are on the car. I'll have to check my nismo and see and I'll let you know.

Yup, enkei here. I remember I got a flat during a Z cruise to the Hoover Dam here in Vegas. Everyone was stunned when they saw my spare was a "fancy" Enkei. It was all they could talk about after that, LOL

that's normal on the sport/nismo.

base gets a 'regular' wheel.

The Enkei clears the nissan BBK, hence the nismo/sport models having it.

And it's a REAL Tire..

enkei makes a lot of OEM regular and spare wheels in addition to aftermarket.

I ran Pontiac 16" wheels with drag slicks on my 350z, and they were made by enkei.

Hmmm... Good to know.

maybe we can sell them to civic owners as an upgrade.... :P
