I had an old man with handicap plates from Texas try to side swipe me today. I guess a red light means something different to him in Texas :facepalm: I thought I was going to have to beat down an old man today :shakes head:

I go to the KOP mall alot. I know the spot you're talking about, i usually get stopped and tons of people cross in front and look at the car. If you keep driving, there is a 4-story parking garage, i usually park on the top most level which is the safest place to go

I ran into another 2009 PG nismo once at KOP mall, and there is a 2013 black Nismo that is there very frequently i asume the owner works there

I just had a really nice lookin M3 pull up to me on the freeway trying to get me to race. I just shook my head and hand no. I'm not much of a BMW fan but that looked really clean.

Oh, almost forgot.... today at the carwash a guy cleaning his Integra came over and starting talking about the Nismo. He really liked it. He was going on about how he used to own a 240 with some RB engine swap or something along those lines and how it could keep up with a Z06, until 5th and 6th gear so he says.. Lol IDK about that, but anyways...

His wife was sitting in the car and he says to me "my wife said to tell you awesome car! She said she seen you a couple days ago driving around and that your exhaust was so loud it scared the sh!t out of her when you passed by". I just started laughing. I told him, "yep, that was probably me".

RB26DETT swap? Yeah, if he did it right he could certainly keep up with a Z06. Then again, any car can be done that way. The engine he was talking about likely was the one they put in the Skyline GT-R's. Shoulda asked him for pics. ;-)

I'm not sure, I just remember RB something swap... I'm not really familiar with those engines. He said he got bored of it after awhile, and that he has 2 Integras at the moment.

Maybe he ment RB20 or something, RB26 is the Skyline GTR engine, which is the engine of gods

It is possible that he had an S13 w/ RB2X swap. I would even venture to say that it was done on a budget. Which would explain why he has 2 Integras now.

Today I was on I-5 northbound in Seattle just cruising in moderate traffic; I looked over and a guy in an older Celica was either filming or taking pictures of my car. Haha, I probably wouldn't even take pics or videos of a Ferrari so I was pretty surprised that somebody took that much interest in a mere Nissan; my car is aesthetically stock excluding the gangster tint. He had his phone pointed at me for so long that I thought maybe he was taking video to capture the sound of my mean sounding exhaust.

To funny, yesterday driving north bound on the I-17 I went to pass a white 350z and got stuck behind a slower car while making the pass and when I look over the passenger in the 350 was snapping picture of my car with his phone. They gave me the thumbs and then moved over so I could go by. Lots of compliments lately...even had a guy wait at the door of a drug store I was at to see who was going to get in the Z. When he saw me unlock the door he rushed out to tell me how nice my car was and he wanted to take a look inside.

It kind of funny how a lot of people think its a high end sports car like a Porsche or Ferrari.

I've had quite a few people at work ask me what kind of car it was even though you see Nissan on the front and back. One guy asked me if it was a Porsche. The car definitely has a different look from the base/touring Z, which is the reason I got it, so it seems to confuse people some times. I've also had people in G's give me the thumbs up or honk at me as I was driving. Not too many people wanting to race though, just admiration of the car

I've had quite alot of attention with my nismo in the 4 weeks i've had it. People on the fwy following me (vettes/viper etc). I think alot of people aren't sure what it is haha. A few have said it looks like a porsche, which it does look alot like a Panamera.. shape, bulging wheel arches, sloped rear, rounded front, just not as big and bulbous as the porsche. That's one reason i bought this car, there are harldy ANY running around on the streets. I looked at used M3's, prices are rediculous! and thought .. yah nice car but i see bmw's every 30ft, who cares just another bmw :rolleyes:
