Possible with the Nismo to use a washing bay ?
 

Someone did? I dont thhink its a problem at all... except the wing. What do you think ?

Just my opinion... I wont take anything thru an auto car wash. I am particularly paranoid about the paint on all of my vehicles.

Keep in mind, there is no telling what particles are picked up on the rollers/ brushes from other vehicles that could potentially scratch your car's finish. Not to mention, given the wing on your NISMO, there is no possible way that an auto wash will ever wash ever part of the car thoroughly. I think a good rinse with a water hose is equivalent to what an auto wash does.

I vote to hand wash ONLY. You learn more about your car, the wash job will be of a higher quality and you will be less likely to damage the paint. Most auto washes are $4 ~ $7 bucks around here in Georgia, I would rather spend the $20+ on car wash supplies and get 5 to 6 washes before needing to buy more soap.
