I am sure your state law advises that you have to have a forward facing license plate fixed to the front of the vehicle. I highly doubt that it states you have only one option, and that being to secure the plate to your front bumper. Best of luck and let us know how they will resolve this problem. This is just my two cents, but I would not settle for second best either. I would even consider taking this all the to corporate if need be.
