There's a guy in Alhambra, Ca that can do it for you, he did black housing, red shrouds, carbon fiber reflector, STI-R clear lens and Halos.

Facebook is the best way to contact him, he only does about 2-3 cars a week so set up an appointment soon

He did everything, took about 4-5 hours, he's done over 70 Zs

I'll be at the monthly Z meet in Cerritos on April 5th if you want to check them out.
