injen cold air intake or stillen exhaust

for my nismo I want to increase the hp and torque, so I am getting an injen cold air intake and a stillen exhaust. but my question is would it be wise to install the cold air intake before the exhaust or the exhaust before the cold air intake. not sure which one to buy first.

I suspect the NISMO H exhaust already performs slightly better than other OEM exhaust, I personally would go with the intakes first.
