Dummy Switches and Oil Temp Gauge?

Ok, PU'd my '09 this week and two quick questions:

1. In bw the shifter and console box are what appears to be 3 dummy switch plates. What is the vehicle missing there?

2. Does the '09 have a oil temp gauge? The only thing I see is the water temp gauge on the pod on the dash?

The dummie switch is where the heated seat controls would have been. I'm not sure if they use all of them, but I think the rear fog light switch for the European models goes in the center one. I'm sure some of the other guys will chime in if I'm wrong. As for the gauges... Ummmmm you only have one gauge, I'm a little confused here.

No need to be confused...that's my part....yeah, that's the point. I keep reading all these posts about "oil" temps heating to X, and going into limp mode. Didn't know if I was missing the obvious or something. I guess they mean to say engine temps...

Now I got to figure out what cooler to install to track this thing...

Left most pod is oil temp. Water temp is the digital gauge below the fuel gauge.
