Nismo wheel lip molding removal

Hi guys,
I've been thinking that removing the little wheel lip moldings may give my car a cleaner look. Has anyone taken them off ? If so, is it easy ?
Any pics ?

Its not hard, i think its a couple clips and maybe adhesive

They look stupid and the way they attach actually hurts wheel clearance when upgrading
