2018+ Interior Hatch release
 

Just asking this out of pure curiosity.

For those that have a 2018+ Nismo with a hatch opener button inside the cabin, does your hatch still have the issue of getting stuck?

So you have to press the rear hatch button on the bumper to open it anyway making the rear hatch interior switch rather useless? :rofl2:

Did Nissan fix this finally?

I just got my 2019 nismo and man I’m not use to it working all the time. So far no issues. I had a 40th and that thing would always get stuck..

Guess I'll have to throw some more nickels in my '16. Maybe 2 more will do the trick...

At least one thread on this site about the problem and how to fix it. In a nutshell, add shims (US nickels work well) or get a longer "bumper" ( I forgot the name of it).

Mine works everyone. I did remove that weight that is bolted in it so maybe that helps.
