Charged with reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident with no injuries, which is a misdemeanor in Florida. Felony if I had been hurt. From what I saw on court records she pleaded guilty to the charges and got $900 in fees on top of the tickets. More than likely she'll have to get a high risk insurance policy now as well.

I take it that those penalties are a lot less than if she'd stayed at the scene and gotten a Breathalyzer.
