2016 Nismo Tech Speakers

I'm trying to find information on the speakers installed on a 2016 Nismo Tech. I have read that there is 6 - 8 speakers installed. When I look in the factory manual. There is nothing about the speakers but only info on the head unit functions. I want to know where all the speakers are located and if there is a sub or not in the car.

I am able to locate 6 speakers so far (2 on dash, 2 on door, 2 rear panels).

Any info will be much appreciated.

Should be a sub over the spare tire.

Yes your sub is above your spare tire. While you are checking it out, you might want to check the psi in your spare as well. Just to make sure it has 60psi.

Looks like you have found 6 out of the 8. I believe the sub has 2 speakers making your total of 8.

Lift the rear trunk mat and cover and you can see for yourself. The sub is mounted in the spare tire cavity.

Thanks fellas! I was able to find the sub in the spare area. How they figure it is 2 speakers is beyond me!

The spare says max psi 60. Are you sure we are suppose to keep it at 60? I thought 53-55 was correct.

You will be fine with the 53-55 psi. I would just make sure that about once a month to check the psi in your spare just to be safe.

I get what you mean now. Also, if you are near a Costco. You can fill the spare with nitrogen for longer and better performance. Heck, might as well do all tires on the car! Free nitrogen for everyone! :happydance:
