Spacers on a Nismo

I've been researching for a while but can't seem to find any conclusive answers.

Are there any bolt on spacers that will work with Nismo wheels?

If slip ons that require aftermarket extended studs are the only option, what lug nuts are to be used ??

:confused::confused:

Seems like most run a 15mm square... there's a few that have done 10mm in front/15mm in rear, seems like going past 15mm rear will land you in the area of starting to have to play with the suspension to get everything within stock specs.

I have 10mm front with extended studs. Studs come with the spacers, use your original lug nuts. I have 15mm bolt-on rear, use original lug nuts. I use this set up on my Nismo wheels and Sport wheels with no issues. In fact, I can remove the spacers for track days and the front extended studs are fine with either wheel, no spacer, and don't hit the inside back of the lug nut. I tested it with a dab of paint.

Bolt on spacers will not work with Nismo wheels, at least not the front ones. You need hub-centric spacers with extended studs. 15 mm is what most have (and what I have on mine) and on a lowered Nismo it looks perfect. Cars without Nismo wheels need larger spacers as they have different offsets.

The easiest way to get what you need is just order them from Z1. You re-use the stock lug nuts.

I was under the impression that the stock lug nuts would not work with extended studs.

Not sure if this helps you because the pic was taken at night but here it is.

Front: H&R 15mm hubcentric spacers with extended studs (DRS style)
Rear: H&R 20mm hubcentric spacers bolt-on style (DRM)

Dropped on Swift springs.

For the rear, bolt on spacers work. For the front, anything greater than 10mm will need to use extended studs.

*Shameless plug*

I have brand new H&R 10mm DRS (extended studs) spacers that I've been trying to sell. Brand new in box. I'll basically let them go for dirt cheap at this point.

I've just bought some Nismo wheels. Confused why bolt on spacers don't work up front when they do on the rear? I was planning on running a 25mm bolt on up front since I will be running a lot of camber.

Fronts have a different backing near the bolt holes. The wheel won't sit flat against the hub.
