So excited. 2010 Black/Black 7AT Touring/Sport/NAV. Im gonna clean her up tomorrow. Anyone else have issue with the driver door not opening very easily? The window seems to hold the door from opening as easy as the passenger side. I'll prob. have dealer check it out.

repogram the windows

Quick370z 11-09-2012 11:45 AM

awesome

I used to own a red one, black though looks so slick in roadster.

recommendations? Keep the stock look, though get it lowered, add intake/exhaust, the one thing about the roadster is you can hear it vs the coupe and its literally sex 5000-7000rpm.

I had the same thing regarding the window, see the roadster section

Welcome!

Well, I programmed yesterday when the temp was in the 40s and same issue. Temp is in the 60s today and it doesn't stick nearly as much when opening the door. My top looks in good condition with no window contact in that corner area but rubber guides are showing use damage. Ill let service check it out this week. Ill snap a pic and post.

Thanks for the info and complimens btw.

That looks awful!

NuffZed 11-15-2012 07:00 PM

I've had the same issue with the door. It happens on the passenger side too btw. I adjusted the windows with no improvement. Now when I open the door I give the window a second to drop before I pull on the door.

CongratZ!. Ain't it very exciting? lol

bigsix 11-29-2012 12:32 AM

don't the windows lower slightly (= 1-3 cm.) when you unlock the doors or put the top up/down (? ? ?)

mrthomr 11-29-2012 06:36 AM

Its suppose to but when pulling on the outside door handle it doesnt always want to lower or it decides to do a little quick step and shutter up and down.

Car is fixed. Great service so far at local dealership. There was prior warranty work on top and door wasn't adjusted properly. Opens just fine now. Top and trim gets replaced next week due to it rubbing.
