Congrats and Welcome! :hello:

Post up some pics of the Z?

If you search the right section you can find most of the info on the most common mods.
I would also suggest to check out the DiY section.

:welcome:

+1 with turning the caps lock off. All caps indicates that you're screaming so unless you name is Sam Kenison it's frowned upon LOL

thanks i'll be posting some pics, Got a question what if the spacers are the way nissan engineers stiffened the car, like they claim(15%) should i remove them or not///HELP///PLANNING ON TAKING THEM OFF TOMORROW//

ThoriumHotdog 10-31-2010 09:48 PM

If they're black plastic that fits onto the outside of the springs you should definitely remove them. They are merely shipping spacers to prevent the front end from scraping when they load and unload the car. Do a quick search and you'll find some helpful threads.

Its the actual suspension [springs/shocks] that improve the handling, not the spacers. :)

Waiz 10-31-2010 09:50 PM

The spacers are only to aid in transport, you can remove them ASAP!!

Not sure which spacers you're referring to? Here is a common shipping spacer that some Nismo owners have found that the Dealer failed to remove. This of course leads to a more than normal stiff ride. You may want to check if yours have been removed, if that what your referring to?

YES thats exactly what the spacer on my z look like,so far looks like only in the front but i'll ceck closely tomorrow if the rear got them too..// does the ride changes? when remove will it hurt performance at all? thanks guys great feedback////

They are only there for Shipping purposes!! And actually the suspension is not performing like it was designed to as long as they are left on. Remove them and you should notice a difference.

They are for 09-10 model, and are Nismo friendly.

adidasboy1186 10-31-2010 11:09 PM

Thos shipping spacers are only on the front and they make a world of difference!

You'll love being the only one most likly in your area with a nismo. People will stop and look very hard at it, we've even had the cooks and other workers stop working to look. Saw them out the window.:hello: The vette would be nice if it was an old one 65 to 72.

c41006 11-02-2010 03:06 PM

Congrats on the nismo man!
