New (to me) 2012 Nismo!

Hey all,

I rolled the dice on a "totaled" Nismo on ebay, and it turns out it's had quite a history here already. I've been in touch with the previous two owners via the forum (and some internet sleuthing before my account was approved) and she's coming back together nicely.

In any case, below you'll see the car as delivered, and at its home in my mess of a garage. I took it for a spin around the block over the weekend with no fender/hood/bumper and got lots of strange looks from the neighbors. My older next-door neighbor, though, when I got back said "You went around the neighborhood like that!?! Wanna do it again?" :D

Lots of work to come!

Pics inserted! I took the hood off to do some work (and chase down a coolant leak) before driving it, so it was more naked than that!

That's Awesome! Your neighbors must have been like "whaaaaaa???".

I see those PNW palms in the picture. Those always cracked me up when I saw them living in Lake Oswego. Even more when it snows!!

:rofl2: The previous owners of that house were...special. They had a vinyl wrap on the garage door that looked like a larger-than-actual-size stable with three horses looking out. After having my neighbor's TDI Passat pretty much completely disassembled three times, they don't blink at too much!
