Z noob...
 

What's up ladies n germs… First time Z owner. Started my tuner journey with a Honda del sol, and yes, I was guilty of the "ricer" phase just like many of us were when we first started out. But good news is, i grew up and have learned a lot. It was time to upgrade and get a big boy toy, and decided to go with a Lexus SC300. Had big plans for it, but long story short, i threw a rod. After that, i was out the game for about 2.5 years. Kids kept me busy. For the last year or so, I've been researching on what car i should get next. In the end, it was the 370Z vs the E46 M3. Well, i decided to go with the Z. And on to the next chapter… (i did kinda go against an M3 last night, aaaaand he got me. lol)

Nice car. How many miles did you buy it with?

My first mod car was also a del Sol (originally wife's). I painted it red, added modest lowering springs (w/shocks), sways, and then went JR Supercharger. Fun car - learned a lot; and that Honda D16 block was awesome.

After having so much fun, I regretted selling my 91 SE-R bone stock *cry*.

Z is still stock, though. Considering FI, but the better half may give me permission to really upgrade in a few years (Audi R8 - used, of course).

sorry for the late reply, kids baseball has been keeping me busy…i got it with 28500 miles… i just barely hit 29k yesterday

that audi would be sweet!!! my delsol i put in a LS motor, tein coils, greedy exhaust, rota wheels (cheap) and sprayed the motor with a 75 shot…it was fun…i of course did all this after my "ricer" phase…i had to buy almost a whole newsed interior, since i painted all the trim and ac vents yellow smh :confused:…
and i just ordered my FI exhaust yesterday :D but its gonna take four months to get to me :( …waiting list

Congrats, sweet ride.

This is my first japaense 2 door car, I had a mustang, then a gti mark iv (which was awesome), and then a tacoma truck (which was awesome as well) (first japanese car), now the Z, which I'm gonna keep till it disintegrates into dust.
