Hello everyone!

Hello everyone,my name is Joe. I am hoping to order my 2010 Z sometime late october to early november. Im looking to get the touring A/T with the sport package, navigation, illuminated kick plates, mats and perssimon leather. The only problem im having is picking a damn color. Im stuck between platinum graphite and pearl white.

Welcome to the Boards and :hello:
as for your choices both are good colors though I'm bias towards Silver but nonetheless white with the persimmon leather would just pop along with a little tint and wow. Just my opinion you'll make the right choice for your self.

You are right about the white/perssimon combo with the tint would look great. I have been looking at pictures of both colors and I keep coming back to white. I live in florida and the sun here is insane so I know white will stay cooler in this heat plus its easy to maintain. I have always loved white on sports cars and all of my cars have been white so I don't see how I could regret getting this color. I think that I should just play it safe and stick to white,it has served me well so far.

Looks like you made up your mind, good choice and good luck and hope to seeing pics of your new Z in the near future.

have you ever owned a white vehicle?

ZCarMan 09-28-2009 02:49 PM

A white car is much like my black car. They of course require extra attention to keep and maintain their great looks. However, although I have a black Z with black seats, I would agree with the gentleman above who said that the persimmon seats would really pop with a white Z and tinted windows. At the end of the day, there really isn't a "bad" color for a 370Z in my opinion. They are all fun on the inside!

I haved owned two white cars so far. I guess that's why I feel safe with this color. But to be honest sometimes I feel like I need a change but I'm a little scared. That platinum graphite is growing on me,there's just somthing about it. I really didn't think choosing a color would be this hard.

thats exactly why i asked  change is good ;)

my last car was white, so we know how much of a pain it can be keeping white, well...white :icon17:

i dont regret my decision to go with red at all, at first i was not sure i wanted such a bold color, but i love it and am glad i grabbed my kahonas and went thru with it...

Hey, and welcome to the board Joe.

All the colors on this car are great but I am also personally torn between the PG and PW myself. Your best bet is to go down and see them both in person but make sure they've got them clean! You'll love either, I'm sure. :D

I love the color white but I do feel somewhat bored with it. Part of me says play it safe but the other says you need change. I'm sure the closer I get to getting my z the closer I'll get to making my final choice.

That's funny you say that because I went to the dealer last Friday and they had both. They looked great but the platinum graphite seemed to be catching my eye a little more. Now when I look at pearl white I feel like I'm ignoring my gut feeling lol

What Kdo2milger meant to say was: get red or nothing. :p

You haven't seen his red mafia yet. They lurk about and wait for certain key words :p:p:p
