stock is the best if you want quiet.

what are you looking for in an exhaust? loud? GT Meistershaft or however you spell it.

That being said, continue doing google and YouTube searches, and use the Search feature on the forum as countless people have pondered this same question.

What you need to consider are the 5 key points:

1. Sound
2. Volume
3. Power
4. Weight
5. Cost

Rank those based on your specific wants/needs/concerns, and then people can better inform you on which exhausts to look at.

So your ranking would be:

1. Cost
2. Volume
3. Power
4. Sound
5. Weight

Highest Power gain is going to be Fast Intentions. They have different variations you can change to get the sound you want. If you're looking to have good power, and a good sound but not have a lot of volume, look at the Fast Intentions CBE with 18" resonators, and either Carbon Fiber or Stainless Steel mufflers.

Next in line if cost is a concern, and Fast Intentions does have a waiting list, the Berk CBE is up there in terms of Power, with a very deep refined tone that has no drone in cabin. They have revised their exhaust since the original style and it does have some less impressive changes. And it is heavy compared to the F.I. exhaust.

Another one that shows decent power gains and low cost is the Ark Grip v2 exhaust. It uses a design that is very similar to the insanely expensive HKS exhaust, but has very little to zero drone as well.

Are you planning on Only getting a CBE, or were you looking at Headers/Test Pipes/ High Flow Cats/ART Pipes as well?

Well I have an HKS Hi Power in my 2012, with Z1 HFCs. It's only loud when I want it, and sounds GREAT. Of course it isn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. A few people have commented positively about its tone.
