Driving my z all over USA

I decided my 2011 silver six speed manual 370z was too nice to be sitting parked in a New York City garage. Quit my job and I leave next week for a six-month road trip hitting all 48 continuous states. Steintrek.com

Seems legit.

Good deal. Didn't quite do six months, but my '91 and I have been to 47 of the lower 48 states. :)

Totally.

I would think at least 6 months

Doing my planning, I figured six months is needed to really see everything and all 48 lower states. If I had more of a budget I would take a year off. But I think we know how much gas costs for the Z.

go for it and have a blast doing it....

Will you be passing through SC? You should see if you could meet a Z member in each state and get a pic with your Z and theres showing the license plates :)

Just a thought but would make an amazing photo book!!

You can check in with me in SC to get that shot!

Aside from taking photos with other members, try to attend some car/nissan/Z events on some states.

Texas is one of the biggest parts of my trip. Lucky to have cousins in Houston. First Texas road trip was in 87 GTI when i was 19 and hit a coyote at 90 mph outside Odessa. Almost flipped then hit by rig. This time I know not to swerve.

That would be awesome. Z owners seem to be the best.

Do it. Just don't do 95, it's boring and slow. Take 15 to NYC most of way then 78 through NJ and PA. Then its 81 to 77. Eventually shenamdoah through VA and you'll figure rest from there. So much prettier and curvier and less speed traps than 95.
