New Member from Jersey!!
 

Hello!!!

I'm new to this forum scene, I've been browsing the website for a few months telling my self soon..soon...soon.... and I'm happy to say that the time is only a few days away. (going to the dealership next week to start negotiating my new 370!! and hopefully become part of this community)

I see that there is a lot of helpful and friendly people in here with great information. I read quite a few threads about car buying tips from a bunch of you guys and hoping that I can get the same luck as some of you did. Any last minute pointers you guys have will come in handy for next week. Thanks for your time and can't wait to become an owner of my first Nissan!!

Where in North Jersey? Im from an usually in Bergen County when driving the Z. What dealer you headed too? We have a few good dealers on here in the NNJ/NY area who will help you out. I think Koeppel comes to mind.

I'm from Begen County too. I'm thinking about going to Meadowlands Nissan since I went there to test drive the Z and like their service and friendliness. Yeah I've read about Koeppel here on the forum and they look like a good dealer to work with, I'll probably contact them too before I go to Meadowlands to see what they can offer. Any other "good" dealerships that you know of??

ehh not really those two are best, I would say dont go to Nissan on Route 17 I think its Ramsey up there just terrible service and they think since we are from bergen county we should overpay for everything and they wont work with you. I actually found my Z from a dealer in Virginia who drove the car up 800 miles to me and drove my 350z as my trade back. Just gotta look on the web for a good deal.

congrats bud, hopefully we see you out at one of the events this year. we'll be throwing a big Z bash at some point in the spring for sure.

see what meadowlands has to offer and check in with koeppel to see if he can get you a better deal ;)

Thanks for the heads up!! I know that's a "flaw" that bergen county has, just because we live here doesn't mean we should over pay for stuff, the only reason that I can afford this car is becasue I'm still living at home lol (I'm 22). Can you PM with more information on how to buy a car from a different state work? lol If anything I wouldn't mind driving the Z back to jersey from somewhere else :driving:

Welcome and if your willing to drive check out pine belt Nissan in toms rive. Great service and no BS. I GOT MY 370Z 2012 from them, negotiated a very fair price
