Just got my Z it's a new 2011 w/ sport package, got a great deal on it since the 2012 are out.

So far I am really enjoying the car it's a blast to drive, I sold my 2003 Mercedes S600 AMG Sport that I loved but it's not the car to own once the warranty is out so I had to bite the bullet and sell it.

I will include Pics of Z and S600 /w time slip for Benz (1/4 Mile ET: 12.462 @113.5 MPH)

I miss the raw power of the S600 as well as really embarassing some pretty fast cars @ both light to light and the highway :)

I plan on waiting about 6 months to do research then modding the Z w/ a 10k budget.

Congrats and welcome. Understand the trade in. I did the same with my M3. I miss all of the gadgets, but the Z is still fun to drive too and more affordable to mod and personalize.

Yes I got the one from Conicelli, sales guys name was Ben Morran and I was really happy with how they treated me, they really wanted to get rid of the car. (29k) I really did not shop to hard it was second one I looked @ and Conicelli is only about 5 miles from my house. I got my '91 GMC Syclone there in 92 when they were a GMC dealer. I still Have the Syclone it only has 21k miles on it and is worth 5k more than I paid for it, I guess they are pretty rare.

So far I love the car I put 500 miles on it in 5 days :)

I bought about $1500 in wheel/tire & dent/ding coverage so I bet the acual cost to conicelli was not to far off what they offered you.
