Hello everyone i'm jealous of!

Hey everybody, my name is Jason and I have just registered for the forum. I have been looking at this forum and a few others for the last couple of months, mostly drooling over everyones cars! I have been trolling around trying to find a nice Z that is affordable. I think my problem is that I just need to make the dive and purchase already. I have been through my finances a few times already and even went to a local dealer and was seconds away from signing on.

I think I am just a wuss honestly ;). I am not much of a car afficianado persay, but I have a unhealthy obsession with this car for some reason, especially the Nismo version. And by unhealthy, I mean ridiculous dreams at night of driving around in one. I get up and tell my wife and she rolls her eyes and is just absolutely sick of hearing me talk about it.

So now I will bother everyone on here and hopefully work up the confidence to buy one eventually. In fact, I WILL buy one, it is a goal.

Anyway, thats me. Ill see you guys around the forum.

If you have been going over your finances, and it seems reasonable, you're already better off than half the forum who own the car.

Good luck in your decision, I've owned a lot of cars, and this one is my fav.

Welcome Jason! You'll know when/if the time is right if you've already done the finances and the figures all add up.

I have dreams about my Z too. Its perfectly normal. Welcome to the forum. Pull the trigger and buy it already!!!

Yeah Santa will hopefully give me my Nismo for Christmas. Just got a price quote, posted it in the pricing forum asking for help.

It's good to do your research first and read as much about the 370z as you can.

I have an obsession with this car (especially the Nismo, too) but have not bought one yet.

It is my goal, as well.

Z is just a special car. I am always excited to drive it, it never gets boring.

Welcome to the club.. Healthy or not everyone here has an obsession for the Z.. ;)

Welcome to the forum dude. I don't know what you're looking to spend on one but if you really love the car and plan to tinker with it you can probably pick up a base model for under $30k. The only thing you won't be able to change or add in the long run is the auto rev match, if you're planning on buying an automatic you don't have to worry about that either.
