Zya

Hey. :tiphat:

How are you? My Z is 33 years old and it wants a younger sister. The 370Z looks like the answer.

I got a Z and I want another Z.

What color 370Z should I get?

OMG! Welcome to the board!
My father and I are actually working on a 78 280z!
We body painted it pearl black! :D
And I'm trying to get my hands on volk te37 time attacks for the 280z!
Jeez, but really clean looking Z!

Thanks. My 76 is Arctic Silver (BMW) that is very close to its original Nissan silver. Yes, that's a picture of my Z in the dark garage. Painted with light from a flashlight.

I have a huge gallery of the car here:

I was going to buy an all original early 240Z until I saw the photos of the new 370Z. At that point my plans changed. I am keeping this turbo 76Z that I built, and probably getting a 370Z late next year as a fair weather daily driver. I will keep my high mileage 2002 WRX, as a foul weather daily driver, with the baby seat in it, to justify the lack of back seat in the 370Z. Sound like a plan?

That's awesome man! Nissan did take some cues from the 240Zs to design the 370Z. Your car looks absolutely sweet. Did you run it at the track or it's just a weekend delight?

BTW, I love these pics

Thanks, the car has been at Limerock Park and at Watkins Glen for performance driving events. You missed the latest engine bay photos. Just finished a crank triggered ignition system that cleaned up some stuff. My problem is that the 370Z is going to feel slow out of the showroom compared to this Z. I'll just have to kick the 370Z up a few notches! I can't wait. :driving:

Damnssssssss!

LOL...
Sweet 280z!

Thanks. If your car isn't the way you want it after 20 years and lotsa bux...move on. Yes, that's how long I have owned it, and have been working on it.

I am craving a clean 370Z that won't take up every weekend with some project and upgrade of some sort. I am leaning towards the blue right now but I have ALWAYS wanted a red Z, so I don't know. Time will tell. My budget won't be ripe for a 370Z until late '09 or early '10. There is time to decide. Meanwhile, I'll hang out here to learn more about the 370Z, and hopefully to contribute some of my car skillz to the group.
