Another new guy (looking for the right Z)
 

Hi, I really like this forum. Seems like alot of cool pepole and great info.
I am actualy on the hunt for my next car, a 370z. Maybe you guys can tell me if I am dreaming.
Looking for a 2009 silver car, w/7at, sport package, persimmon seats, less than 10K miles. After that the more options the better. I have $29000 or less to spend + TTL. Im in Houston Tx.

My DD right now is an Audi TT 2004 with the 3.2 vr6 engine. Also have a 97 Volvo 850R that I would trade in/sell for the 370z.

I may be wrong, but I think you're well within the price range on this. Are you wanting a new '09 or would used work? Either way, I think you can find what you're looking for.

Have you hit up any of the dealerships in Houston yet?
Finding that exact setup used is going to be tough, if you compromise on certain items it would probably be best and help your search. Main item I am thinking is the seats, find a car with under 10k miles with those options should be double, but those exact seats may make it tough.

Hey, Welcome. I just traded my platinum graphite 2009 base in for a 40th. It has black heated leather seats though. I had the windows tinted and the clear bra paint protection put on. 9000 miles. Not a thing wrong with the car........just wanted that 40th too much. It's at a dealer in Md though. I know its still on the lot though. Good Luck.

Used is OK and for the price Im after it may be the only option? I did contact Lou lastnight he does not have anything right now.

Im on the south side and have talked to Clear Lake Nissan, but the sales guy is not helping much.
I was willing to go with black seats and then buy new covers at Nissan, but Lou told me the covers cannot be replaced and that the whole seat would have to be swaped? I wonder why that is? Surely you can replace the covers?
If you have the "hook up" in Houston please let me know.

I have been on the computer for days searching for my 370z with no luck.
I did come across one exactly like I thought I wanted (with pesimmon int) except the paint was PG instead of silver. Anyway my wife did not like how the seats/door panels showed the body oil/dirt and the fact it was not silver we passed on that one.
I thought that would actually make finding one with a black int much easier. Well It has been very difficult finding one with black also!

Can anyone assist me or have a link.

Looking for used 09-10 w/less than 10k miles. I have $30K + TTL to spend. Prefer one in TX or LA area. If price is right I could travel or ship it in?
