Hey everybody. I'm new here but have been on my350Z.com since 2002. I ordered a 350Z touring back in 3-2002 before they started building them and finally received one of the first 350's in 9-2002. I think my VIN was *950. Longest 6 months of my life, but the forum was so much fun and it just made the wait that more exciting.

I had an 18 wheeler run into me a couple of years ago on my birthday and after the car was fixed I sold it. It was never the same. I miss my Z so much and have decided to start looking at 370Z's.

I hope to contribute from time to time and I am glad to be a part of this site.

Jimmy

Ouch! Any closer & you would have been a couple of inches shorter.

Welcome! Sorry to hear of the demise of your 350Z but at least your survived. There are good people here and you will feel right at home. Now go get you a 370Z!

I was in Jackson, MS and was making a turn turn in one of the turn lanes and the 18 wheeler couldn't see me and merged into my lane. I was lucky a police officer was next to us and saw the whole thing. They were at fault and paid for the repairs.

The drivers side of the car wedged against the truck and was off the ground a few inches. I had to crawl out on the passenger side through a bunch of glass. I don't get near 18 wheelers while they are turning now.
