Sup everyone!

Just joined the forum and looking forward for the Z.
My 335 is getting replaced soon and i will be on this forum for a while.

Some of you might know me from g35driver.com.

I had a 2004 G35 4 door (modded) before the 3 and now waiting for the 370z rates to go down and i should have that car before summer.

I get that a lot from friends but driving the G for 4 years i got used to nissan. It is lighter, faster (stock), better handling, shorter. I am more of a cornering guy than strait line speed. Z has more potential when it comes to handling.

As far as mods, nothing planned yet. But u never know. When i got my G sedan 6MT back in 04 i did not have any plans. Before returning the car it was as fast as the 335 with (NA mods) and it would be dead even with 997s and vettes in handling department. So you never know. :p

At willow springs I had vette and porsche owners wanting to ride in the car because they did not believe that i was keeping up with them in corners. Obviously they were shocked when they did some laps as a passenger by saying "I never thought 4 door G could handle like this". It was a priceless feeling. :D

I will probably do exhaust and minor tweaks with the engine and tune it with Uprev when it comes out for 3.7 HR. Suspension wise i'll stick with stock untill i can drive the car as fast as it can go then go in suspension.

people always seem surprised that G's sedans and coupes can be made to handle so well..

Hah, true. The V35 G35s with sport suspension feels identical to the Z33 350Z...just a little heavier.

I guess its the fact that people don't expect a luxury coupe/sedan to handle that well.

Now that I have a full suspension, the 370Z itself felt very tame in comparison to my car. But the potential the 370Z has is just too much!

exactly.. ^ i cant wait to slap some coil overs sway bars and sticky rubber on my Z.. i doubt il be disappointed.
