Hafa Adai....From Guam

Hafa Adai everyone....I'm from Guam & came across this forum while doing research for my new 2010 370Z....glad I found this forum...was snooping around reading all kinds of threads as a guest and got hooked! I love this site...so much info from so many experienced people...believe it or not this forum really opened up my eyes to a lot of things....was ready to lay some heavy $$$$ on some parts I was interested in....but after reading so many yhreads and experiences...I've become more informed and conservative of what I want to do with my Z! Thanks to everyone on this site for such great info and experiences....you all have made a differnce on my outlook of things! Great to be here and hope to learn and also contribute....

Hafa, welcome aboard! This is a great place to meet like minded people and both share and learn as you already know.

Yay Guam!

I spent 6 years on Guam in the 90s. I miss that place like mad.

I'll bet you can get the 370z a lot cheaper there since no import tariffs from Japan exist--at least they didn't when I was there.

Let me know if they changed that, would you?

Yup...its still in effect...I got my 2010 Sport Edition 370Z for $32,000.00:ughdance:...was really amazed on how expensive this car goes for in other parts of the world...:wtf2: Nismo 370Z's go for about $38,000.00 out here...that includes regisration, a full tank of gas, and fees. You can get a base model for around $28,000.00

Were you stationed here in the 90's? A lot of military bases closed down around the 90's...but there seems to be a build up going on, as several Marines (Approximately 8,000) not including their dependants will be relocating to Guam from Okinawa within the next four years.
