7A/T safety

Hi All

Is it safe to pull a 2013 370Z A/T on a two wheel dolly?

THANKS

I would not do that unless the driveshaft was removed from the car.

The rear planet and tail housing bushings require pressure lubrication from the hydraulic transmission pump, that would not be turning unless the engine is running. The driveshaft would be rotating those parts without lube during towing.

Looking thru the Z book - A/T NO, don't do it it all. M/t you have to stop every 50 miles and run the car or something like that.
Tom :hello:

If your dolly is similar to this one*, then you should be OK towing with the rear wheels off the ground. Check the Owner's Manual to be sure.

Edit: You'll need to find a way to lock the steering while towing.

*Not a recommendation, just an example.
