Hey everyone,

I joined about 4 weeks ago and just reading and researching on the forums. Seems to be a great community and I am excited to become a part of it. Bought my 370Z about 3 weeks ago. Officially my newest (2009 vs 2001), fastest (330hp vs 300hp) , and the lowest milage (52k vs 106k) I have had on a car when I purchased it. I am really excited about it. Most fun I have had driving a car since my 1992 Acura Legend Coupe (Waaaayy before its time.)

congrats, how do you like the auto ? , I'm deciding on auto myself.

Thanks! I love it but then I have never owned a manual. Hate the thought of it in traffic. It is responsive, quick and fast. Friends who do have manuals drove it and told me its the closest they have seen to a manual with the convenience of auto.

Never liked chrome in a sports car. But if your fine with it stay with what make you happy.

Welcome to Z family!

Thanks, guys. Actually, that is one of my dilemmas. I bought the car like this (20" staggered deep dish) and they didnt have the original wheels. Now, I like the way the chrome looks better than alloys. But I have had chrome on my other vehicles. I dislike the added weight, the strain on handling and the additional cleaning requirements. My plan was to swap them out on craigslist for some staggered 19s + cash but there is corrosion on the chrome :shakes head:. Doubtful someone is going to want them in this condition so I have to keep them until I figure something out.

:happydance: Thank you, ma'am. I find myself messing it more than I thought I would but the Z is making up for it.

Welcome and glad you are enjoying the ride. I see members wanting 20 inch rims for swaps all the time. Try the for sale part of the forum. Nice people. I saw some members selling their oem 18 IN wheels/rims. Merry christmas and be safe
