I am a new owner of a 370Z Roadster

I recently bought a 370K roadster, which was originally imported from Japan, so all the computer interface is in Japanese as well as the hardware button description of the radio, sat nav etc. Does anyone know how easy;
1. To change the underlining software from Japanese to English?
2. To change the hardware consol from Japanese buttons to English description?
I live in Bangkok.
