New Z Owner from CA/NV

What's going on everyone!

I figured I should make an intro thread since I'm new to the Zs. Purchased a brand new (17 miles on the odo) liquidated black 2012 370Z Sport last weekend for a stealer price (take that dealerships!), and I love it!

It's a great car all around, I can't stress that enough.

Real new to Nissan's, I've never owned one nor have either of my parents, but so far I'm very impressed with the 370Z and it's auto trans. I've always been a firm believer of manual trans, but this auto trans is spot on.

I've always personally been a Honda fan, my dad grew up with Honda's and so did I, and my mom loves her Toyota's and Lexus'.

Little car back ground:

Originally drove and fell in love with the 2nd gen Integras in my younger years:

Moved on to an S2000 after I joined the military, she was completely stock, and I added necessary parts through out 4+ years until I totaled her:

Slammed her into a couple guardrails going the posted construction speed limit on the highway. I hit a patch of sand and over steered, i corrected, over steered, i corrected, then I finally leaned back and braced.

I came out unharmed, to the eye... My back, knee, wrist, ribs, and shoulders took a beating.

I then made a bad buy of a Laguna Seca E46 M3, cleaned her up, fixed her up, made her reliable, and then I sold her.

and finally purchased June, my first and probably last big and brand new car purchase, I'm going to keep her til I die.

that's funny because her name IS June, lol... my nickname is Joon, so all the names for my cars and bikes have been a boy or girl version of Joon. my S2 was Janey, my CBR1KRR was Jane, the integra was Joon, and now this Z is June.... it meets my name criteria AND i purchased her in the month of June. :happydance:
