New 370Z Owner - St Louis

Hello All,

I'd been lurking these forums for quite some time and finally decided to make an account and say hello. Let me be the first to say the information you guys have here on just about anything is phenomenal; I've learned quite a lot. I recently purchased a brand new black touring/sports z a couple months ago and the number of looks and "wow what an awesome car" were astounding... I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. I figured I'd give you a look at my little friend, this was taken the same day I pulled off the lot. I'm sad I don't have a real camera but my phone shall suffice. New shoes and clothes to come later in the near future; but the bank needs to heal.

Thanks Ill check that thread out. I don't see too many Zs, or relatively expensive sports cars, in the area but itll be interesting what I can find out.

I actually bought it from Auffenberg, right across the river into Illinois, just because it was the cheapest I could get in comparison to every other dealer in the area. I purchased it slightly below MSRP which made me feel ok about it. I had a friend there that could cut me some deals on the 'extra' stuff so I figured why not. It seemed like they had never sold one of these before... almost every salesman at the dealer had a confused look on their face in question to me actually purchasing this thing. :tiphat:

Welcome aboard Rob! :tiphat:

You're probably right about Auffenberg. I bought an Evo X from them almost 2 years ago and nobody had a clue what it was. Especially their service department. I take my Z to Lou Fusz Nissan for maintenance. Lou drives 2 boosted Z's and his service department knows the car.

Looking forward to seeing you at a few meets next spring/summer!

Welcome and congrats on the Z! I hope you aren't as OCD with your color as I was with my black 350. :icon14:

Well looking back on it I start to have second thoughts and wish I wouldve got the light blue. I plan to mod this thing in the near future and I've seen the blue and black mods mix together very well. I'm not disappointed though; I can make any color work its wonders
