New 370z :)

Hey everyone, i get my new (used) 2009 370z this Friday. Black on black leather, all options except nav! Soooo excited! Does anyone know how to tell exactly what options the vehicle includes, spot pkg, touring etc?

binary0x01 11-10-2012 06:00 PM

I think touring has the NAV system in it. But also, bigger brakes that come along with 19" rims + syncro-rev match is sport package. Those are the main things I'm aware of, there's probably other stuff.

Yeah..

1) Hold down unlock on your keyfob after unlocking the car. The windows roll down. If you take the key out of your fob you can put it in the keyhole on the handle of your car and turn left and windows roll up/down.

2) You get best gas mileage at 79mph with cruise control.

3) You don't have backseats.

4) You will need a wand to fight off the chicks.

5) You need to use 91 gas.

6) Maintenance is expensive.

7) The best exhaust thru numbers/looks/hp gains= Fast Intentions

8) The best intakes thru numbers/looks/gains are= stillen g3

9) The stock speakers blow. Need replacement

10) Remember that the cars top speed without a tune is 155mph. Get a tune after mods are done :)

Previous owner could have changed the wheels. The easiest way to determine sport package is does the car have SRM (assuming 6spd).

They wouldn't sell them if they didn't.

Get a valentine radar detector. Find one on here or Craigslist.

Valentine One...I put my life on it!

I have not had a ticket in many years (knock on wood). Sane driving is your best and cheapest bet. Take it to the track if you want to open it up and have fun.

My last ticket I had an Escort radar detector back in the day. The officer was laughing telling me he loved to catch people with detectors. Note this was more than a few years back. Sold it and never bought another.

Another question i had with the Z. The wipers almost look like they are winter wipers. Is that just the 370z style wipers or could they actually be winter wipers?
