If you really nailed it on the straights and hit some high speed they'd probably tag you, but maybe not. Now if they saw you crossing the double yellows they'd tag you... instant reckless. It seemed like a fair system this year, definitely. |

Haha!
Here are some Youtube comments from another video where I was following Lance: Kid: The guy in the GT wasnt very confident in the GTs handling was he? Or else he would have left the Z Me: So you're saying I should have passed the Z on a two-lane road, putting oncoming riders and drivers at grave risk, right? Kid: Never said that, your car handles as well as the m3 you seemed like you weren't 100 percent confident in your car. Abd if you were really worried about putting others in grave danger you wouldn't be driving like that to begin with Me: Don't really understand your angle. How does the video in any way suggest I am not confident in the car's handling? I'm just following the 370Z, that's all. There's also a little bit of a difference between spirited driving, well within the boundaries of control, and crossing the yellow line to attempt a pass... FWIW. :bowrofl: |

Its nice that it seems they try to grant you a little leeway so everyone can have a good time. They must know that it is a highly desirable area for driving enthusiasts and dont wanna drive the tourism away. I agree, let the people have fun and drive a little fast but dont endanger others by crossing into the other lane. Seems very fair. I hope the same mindset is in effect next year. |

But if you went faster, it must have been a straightaway :stirthepot: |

*Was that your video submission to Allstate for 'Safe Driver Discount?' *They showed that video in drivers ed to explain the dangers of overly cautious drivers *That was nice of you to let your wife borrow your car and bring it to Zdays. That's pretty cool that she figured out how to film herself driving with the Go-Pro Don't worry, I'm here all night :bowrofl: |

however, to act as ignorant to facts as such that the 5.OH is a surprisingly awesome car, is well, stupid |

So relax and enjoy... |
I'd follow, Lenny! I've always been a handling over power kind of guy, so the mountain runs are what I prefer to do!

He is just playing around. Anyone that isn't a fanboy knows that the Brembo 5.0s are pretty nifty in the twisties.

I mean, Miatas are great and all, but most of us obviously want that extra punch. |
For a guy who rides those roads several times year on a motorcycle (dragon, 28, cherohala, blood mountain, etc..), I really appreciate you guys keeping it in the lane and not crossing the yellow.
To the op, congrats on the new car. I love mine! |
